Our internship opportunities are designed for university students and young adults who want to deepen their faith, develop gifts and skills in ministry, and experience life within a local church in Greater Boston.

Over the course of the internship, you’ll participate in the life of our church through hands-on ministry opportunities including settings aimed at intentional discipleship, neighborhood outreach, and meaningful service opportunities directly within the church on Sundays and through special projects and events.

Alongside providing opportunities to serve, we aim at helping interns grow spiritually as our pastors, leaders, and church members invest personally in each intern, helping you grow in your walk with Jesus, clarify your calling, and develop confidence in your God-given gifts. The specifics of each internship opportunity are developed with individual interns in mind as we work together to help create a role that best fits their experience and interests.

Ministry residents join us for an agreed upon amount of time in preparation for a future ministry role or with the aim of planting a church. Residents receive training as well as an opportunity to participate in a wide range of ministry opportunities in the life of the congregation.
